This field of medical care is very lucrative and flourishing, and therefore, availing a job is always easy although there is stiff competition faced by the nurse directors because of expanding opportunities in emerging institutions and organizations. A nurse director finds placement in hospitals, nursing homes, community health settings, ambulatory care, student health service, and nursing schools.
