Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to become part of our Health Services Division.Responsibilities: Coordinates all services related to Article 16 clinic, including intake, enrollment, and on-going services. Coordinates and monitors service needs for each individual on caseload. Serves as a primary liaison throughout the treatment between referral source, service providers, clinicians, families, program and case management services. Performs reconciliation of services with fiscal billing. Requirements:\u00A0Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services or related field.1-2 year(s) of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate\u00A0Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.The compensation range for this position is $17.92-$20.03.
