The purpose of this position is to provide support and coordinate the Concierge Cart Program within Volunteer Services. This position will also assist and promote the efficient technical operations of Volunteer Services.

Assists in maintaining daily operations in the Volunteer Services Department. Assists the Supervisor, Volunteer Services on schedules, regulatory compliance, including documentation and compliance standards for all volunteers. Facilitate training and recruitment of Concierge Cart volunteers through scheduling volunteers for the program, coaching and training current active volunteers, and recruitment of additional volunteer staff.

Maintains inventory of the Concierge Cart Services Program through ordering and re-stocking significantly sized inventory. Ensures regular communication with Concierge Cart volunteers. Supports coordination of Foundation events.','!*!

High school diploma and a minimum of 6 months related experience in volunteer coordination is required.

Must have excellent communication skills, computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and excellent organization skills.

Associates degree is preferred.
