The population served are those with severe and persistent mental illness and justice-involved. Telecare will partner with Sacramento County Public Defender\u0026rsquo;s (SCPD) Office for the purpose of the Department State Hospital Mental Health Diversion (DSH MHD) grant to provide forensic mental health services to people charged with felonies.\u003c/p\u003e
