POSITION SUMMARY:
· Provide clinical leadership for a multi-disciplinary/agency team that works with high-risk children, adolescents and transition aged adults.
· In collaboration with Tides and Community Care Alliance, ensure timely disposition of clients and monitor ongoing compliance with program standards.
· Collaborate with other agencies and programs to optimize client/family functioning.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
· Master’s degree in social work or other healing arts
· Advanced experience in crisis intervention
· Independent license
· Experienced/training in multi-systemic treatment, previous supervisory experience preferred
· Employee will assume full responsibilities for the cost and efforts of maintaining any and all forms of licensure, certification, and credentialing documentation as required in their job description or sited on any action form as a qualification for hiring, job promotion, or monetary increase. Subsequently, the employee will adhere to the credentialing requirements of all insurance/funding sources for which they qualify and provide Human resources with the initial required documentation and all renewals of these documents thereafter.

Works takes place primarily in an office setting
· Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
· Ability to transport individuals and family members
· Must be able to flex working hours to meet client needs
