Job Description:

The Community Manager is responsible for leading major

analytics communication, governance, and enablement initiatives related to data

and analytics across the Health Care System.  The goal is to develop

effective communication strategies that support maturing our analytics

capabilities and demonstrates the value and results of our solutions and

services, as well as lead projects that promote the community of analytics

across the organization towards a goal of establishing a mature community of

practice enabled with self-service access, training, and tools. The ideal

candidate will be a creative thinker with attention to detail and eye for

quality, along with an ability to grasp and present our value proposition in a

way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve problems.  The

role will interface with all UNC Health facilities to drive System awareness

and understanding of the value of analytics in support of our overall mission

to serve the state of North Carolina with excellent care.  This individual

will work collaboratively with a variety of entities, administrative

individuals, teams, groups or physicians, clinicians and executives to

implement these strategies creating a culture of high performance.

 

','!*!Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field.
