Club Manager Volunteer Jobs

A club manager volunteer’s overall purpose is to recruit, induct, train, coordinate, inform, motivate, and support new and existing volunteers within a club. A club manager volunteer liaises with the club secretary, committee, etc. to ensure the smooth running of the club and the inclusion of volunteer issues in the development plan. A club manager volunteer provides support and information about volunteering, training, and development opportunities within the club. A club manager volunteer liaises with volunteer organizations to help locate suitable volunteers for vacant positions and inducts, orientates, and mentors new volunteers. A club manager volunteer attends events, tournaments, and social gatherings to promote and encourage new volunteers. A club manager volunteer organizes and coordinates the volunteer budget for all volunteers in conjunction with the treasurer and ensures that volunteers are reimbursed for agreed out-of-pocket expenses accordingly. A club manager volunteer develops and implements a volunteer reward and recognition program.

A club manager volunteer position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two to three years of experience attending club-related meetings/events/functions as and when they occur. A club manager volunteer should have the desire and motivation to promote volunteering opportunities to the wider community. A club manager volunteer should have good communication and organizational skills, preferably with an understanding of the day-to-day running of a club.
