You will be responsible for the growth of new Wonderschool’s in your local city. This position requires someone who is results and growth driven.
The right person for this role has experience with implementing effective sales and marketing tactics, has extensive local knowledge of demographics and can effectively build community to start, launch, and fill programs in your local city.
Local marketing, local teacher sales, supply chain management, child care quality oversight, social media, PR - all of these sit under the Community Manager’s umbrella of responsibilities. Your job will be to grow Wonderschool in your local city.
This is a full time job based in New York, NY. You will report to the CEO.
You will grow the number of programs in your local city and build community there.
Work with Wonderschool Operations team, Early Care and Education team, Product team, and with Engineering to communicate product and process needs to deliver Wonderschool in your market.
Implement and design data tracking systems to monitor the growth and organizational health of your city.
Support the onboarding of new partners in a timely manner to ensure they are meeting individual and network goals.Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns targeted to the teacher partners. Additionally you will support Wonderschool HQ to fill the programs started.
Oversee local regulatory issues and local politics within the childcare ecosystem
At least 2 years in business or education management experience (e.g., charter school creation or operations, management consulting, ) in a fast-paced environment; experience in a high-growth environment an asset
Strong sales ability
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
Creative solutions driven mindset, with an execution oriented attitude
Relevant experience in consumer service marketing is helpful
Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
Child care or ECE experience
