Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.The Senior Community Liaison \u2013 Florida will represent Janssen Infectious Diseases portfolio of products, provide scientific educational content, and offer resources, while building and maintaining key relationships to ensure patients can access and remain on life-saving therapies.Establish a relationship and educate allied health care professional to optimize their ability to access care for patients as well as retention in care. Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge regarding HIV and AIDS.\u2022Deliver patient-focused materials to ASOs\/CBOs\/Clinical settings. Coordinate and facilitate educational programs to patients when appropriate and within HCC guidelines.\u2022\tKeep Community Liaison leadership abreast of relevant issues, which impact product reimbursement, access, and publicly funded projects i.e. (Ryan White grants, ADAP, and other Titled initiatives). Inform Janssen Infectious Diseases leadership of emerging standards of care for patient education initiatives.\u2022\tAttend and participate in District meeting and District Council to provide an understanding of the changing demographics of HIV\/AIDS, government regulations, new technology, research and development, and changing market conditions.\u2022\tServe as a consultant to direct-to-consumer marketing to develop appropriate educational materials for patient groups.\u2022\tStrategically develop & implement pull-through plans that enable and influence demand in the specified geographical area to implement against priorities within the HIV business plan including:-Understanding of Allied Health Care Professionals (AHCPs) methods of caring for clients -Identify gaps in key accounts and utilize Janssen Infectious Diseases\u2019 products and services to address those needs -Partner with AHCPs to retain access to their staff and patient groups for brand and disease awareness education aligned with Health Care Compliance (HCC) policies -Compliantly deliver disease state awareness presentations to patients as invited by key accounts -Identify, evaluate and pilot new and innovative customer-centric solutions that are responsive to the market evolution\u2022\tPosition Janssen Infectious Diseases as the best HIV company \u2022\tCompliantly obtain all metrics in a timely manner\u2022\tSuccessfully develop and implement a geographically focused business plan with targeted objectives to support the goals of the Community Liaison team as aligned to Janssen Infectious Diseases objectives\u2022\tApply a range of large account management skills, consultative skills, and clinical expertise to build support for our portfolio of products and enhance our status with customers\u2022\tEstablish relationships and educate AHCPs to optimize their ability to access care for patients as well as to keep patients in care\u2022\tCoordinate and facilitate educational programs to patients when appropriate and within HCC guidelines\u2022\tMaintain appropriate routing and scheduling to create an effective call plan for geography effectiveness\u2022\tWork collaboratively with internal business partners, including but not limited to, Marketing, Field Sales, Strategic Customer Group, Business Analytics, Health Care Compliance, Sales Learning and Development and Medical Affairs, as appropriate to address market needs, maximize efforts, and achieve business goals\u2022\tBuild and maintain relationships with targeted local and regional professional associations and community planning groups\u2022\tComplete all corporate learning assignments (Compliance Wire, Janssen Learn) within communicated timeframes\u2022\tMaintain and manage territory budgetQualifications\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Community experience required. \u2022\tHealthcare industry expertise and an understanding of key stakeholders in the healthcare environment in this geography are strongly preferred. \u2022\tExperience in the HIV market working with ASOs\/CBOs and clinical settings preferred.\u2022\tBi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred\u2022\tStrong ability to build long-term internal and external customer loyalty and relationships required. \u2022\tDemonstrated ability to think strategically and customize solution-orientated customer plans required. \u2022\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) required. \u2022\tThe ability to clearly and appropriately convey and present information and ideas in an effective and impactful manner through a variety of approaches required.\u2022\tThis role is field-based and will require up to 60% domestic travel.
