The Volunteer Coordinator
is responsible for the coordination of the daily overall functions of the Volunteer Services Department including facilitating programs and coordinating volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring annual compliance requirements are met in accordance with PIH Health standards.
High School Diploma/GED.
Must have a minimum 2 years of work experience in volunteer administration, human resources, administrative or related experience.
Extensive knowledge of MS office and various software applications.
2 years of previous experience in hospital volunteer administration and supervision.
Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS).
Proficiency in the use of a volunteer database, preferably Volgistics.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
