Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, is seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team. This position works with adults with OCD and Anxiety disorders.

Support patients and help them meet their treatment goals.
Interact with experts on the treatment team
Provide clear insight on observations and patterns of residents to the treatment team.
Learn about specific diagnosis, how they function and evidence based treatment plans.
Increase your knowledge of different treatment modalities including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, prior experience working with this population. A valid WI driver’s license is required.
This is a great opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team including Psychiatrists, Nurses and Masters Prepared Counselors.
