Medicare Community Outreach Specialist (WPA)

This job implements and executes the community outreach and retention strategies of the organization to achieve the marketing and retention goals and to further support the efforts to reach potential members and connect them to company services. Work under minimal supervision and collectively with the Medicare sales department.
Promote the organizationâ€™s services to community and faith-based organizations. Establish and maintain relationships with targeted providers including growth and retention strategies.
Develop and execute the organization's Medicare community outreach plan.Create and manage promotional budget.
Cultivate a regional public relationship plan to expand the program messaging and promote community activities.
Measure and track results through score carding/CRM, identify root causes and solutions that will enable assigned growth/retention targets to be met within assigned area.
Deliver presentations, attend meetings, and distribute educational materials to members and non-members. Meet and present to county and community officials.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Substitutions
: 6 years of relevant progressive experience in lieu of degree
1 - 3 years of Sales experience
1 - 3 years of Community Affairs or Marketing experience
